Having a company isn't the same as being able to issue a Factura A.
The IGJ, Buenos Aires' companies registry, registers the company. Then come ARCA (the national tax agency), Ingresos Brutos (the city's gross-receipts tax), the point of sale and the bank, each with its own hoops, and nobody walks you through it end to end.

Questions
Frequently asked questions about opening a company.
Updated .
How much does it cost to open a company with Suaply?
USD 899.99 final price, VAT included, in a single payment, which you pay in pesos at Banco Nación's official dollar rate for that day. It covers incorporating your company in Buenos Aires and everything that comes after, up to your first invoice. Separately, you pay the IGJ and Official Gazette fees at cost, and you pay in 25% of the capital, which stays in your company.
Should I open a company or stay on the monotributo?
It depends on your case, and it's worth asking before you start. The monotributo is Argentina's simplified regime for individuals. A company is registered for VAT from day one, pays Ingresos Brutos and needs an accountant every month. It usually makes sense when a client asks you for a Factura A, when you bring on partners or when an investor wants a company. If none of those apply to you, you probably don't need one yet.
How long does it take?
Registration with the IGJ using model bylaws usually takes 3 to 20 business days, and the IGJ itself warns that its TAD system, the government's online filing platform, has technical problems. CUIT, taxes and Ingresos Brutos take a few more days. The bank takes 1 to 30 business days, depending on the institution. You see each step, with its date, in your dashboard.
Why not do it myself on TAD?
You can: registration is online and the fees are low. What you pay Suaply for is someone taking charge of everything that comes after (CUIT, VAT, income tax, Ingresos Brutos, point of sale, the legend on your Factura A and your bank file) and answering if the IGJ or ARCA objects to anything.
I already have an accountant. Why do I need Suaply?
So your accountant receives a registered company with its CUIT, taxes, Ingresos Brutos and point of sale in order, and its first invoice already issued. We don't replace them: our work ends where theirs begins, which is monthly.
Do I need a notary?
If every partner signs with a digital signature, no. These days the IGJ's system fails often, and sometimes signatures have to be certified by a notary (escribano) or at a bank. If that happens to you, it costs from ARS 55,000 per signature, and we tell you before you sign.
How much capital do I need?
Your company's minimum capital is two national minimum wages: ARS 782,400 in October 2026 and ARS 797,600 from November 1. You pay in 25% when you sign and the rest within two years. It's your company's money, not a cost.
Will I be able to issue a Factura A from the start?
Yes, but with a legend. Factura A is the invoice Argentine companies issue to other businesses. A new company that hasn't yet proven its solvency to ARCA issues it marked “Pago en CBU informada” (payment to a registered bank account), which your client pays by transfer to a declared account, or “Operación sujeta a retención” (subject to withholding), in which case they withhold 100% of the VAT and 6% for income tax. That's why we set up the bank in parallel.
What if I change my mind?
You have 10 calendar days from when you sign up to withdraw, with the withdrawal button (botón de arrepentimiento), no explanation needed. If we haven't filed anything with the IGJ or ARCA yet, we refund 100% of what you paid Suaply. Fees already paid to the government can't be recovered.
What happens after the first invoice?
You're left with a working company and your first-year calendar: monthly VAT, the shareholders' meeting and financial statements, and the July shareholdings and beneficial owners filing. Suaply charges no subscription. The returns are filed by your accountant, who for a company in Buenos Aires currently charges between ARS 120,000 and 350,000 a month.
Can I use Suaply if I live abroad or have foreign partners?
Every partner needs an Argentine DNI, the national ID card, which foreigners with residency also have. At least one director has to live in Argentina, and the registered office has to be in Buenos Aires City. For now we don't take partners without a DNI.
Will you ask for my tax password?
No. From your ARCA account you delegate to us only the services we need, and you can revoke them whenever you want. We do verify your identity and your partners': the law requires anyone who forms companies for others to identify their clients and the beneficial owners.
Is Suaply a law or accounting firm?
No. Suaply is a software and management company. When a step needs a professional's signature, a licensed professional signs it, with their name and license number visible.
Is a client already asking for a Factura A?
We open your company and stay with you until you issue it. Create your account and someone from our team, not a bot, will write to you.
